TRAINING WITH SAINT CLAIR FIRE

Members of Station #2 were involved in some training along with St. Clair Fire Department Ladder 703 at the Walmart Super Center in St. Clair.  

Crew's flowed some water, flooded the parking lot and had a grand old time all around.  

COMPANY TRAINING
Chief 8-02 (Brad Miller) and FF/Medic Moran were on hand to show off the truck and do some training with new members.  The Chief went over equipment on the truck and the guys managed to clean the parking lot while they were at it.  GOOD JOB GUYS!  We're proud of ya!

MULTIPLE AFA'S AT LOWE'S
Unit's from District 8 and 62 have spent the last couple of weeks responding to Automatic Fire Alarms and water flow alarms at Lowe's Home Improvement Center all turning out unfounded.  Multiple Chief's have held command on multiple assignments.  

MVA UNKNOWN
Unit's dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with unknown injury in the area of Route 61 and Tunnel Road in East Norwegian Twp.  E 8-17 arrived on scene to find two vehicles off the roadway pulled into the McDonalds parking lot with moderate damage to both.  All occupants were found walking around with one complaining of neck and back pain.  FF/Paramedic Moran from 8-17 attended to the injured person until EMS arrived.  Unit's operated the scene for 20 minutes.  Chief 8 was in command. 

DIENER'S HILL STRUCTURE FIRE
An afternoon garage fire erupted in the Diener's Hill section of East Norwegian Twp, brining all three station's of Fire District 8 along with unit's from District 59 and 62.  Unit's operated the scene for over an hour with no reported injuries.
